Südafrika ist kein klassisches Land des Radfahren's, den es gibt keine Fahr- rad wege. Allerdings kann man abseits der großen Autostraßen, der Stadt durchaus die herrliche Landschaft genießen. Das Kapland eignet sich für Rad touren in den regenarmen Monaten von Oktober bis April. Natal ist fast ganzjährig klimatisch geeignet, ebenso Transvaal.

SA is a wonderful country for cyclists and as a recreational activity it can be carried out all year round in Natal and the Transvaal. The best time of the year in Cape Town to enjoy the scenery would be between October and April. There are no specific designated areas for cyclists.
